December update: the NEW newsletter, BBI-JU Stakeholder Forum and Plenary meeting in Offstein

The past month has been busy for EFFECTIVE. Aside from submitting two deliverables and getting ready for the first reporting period, we also had a project meeting and exhibited at the BBI-Stakeholder Forum 2019. 

Between November 25 and 26 project partners congregated in Offstein Germany, where Suedzucker hosted a plenary session. As always partners updated each other on progress and made plans for the next period. In the end, were were given a tour of one of the largest sugar producing factories in Europe. 

At the beginning of December, we also attended the BBI-JU Stakeholder Forum 2019, where we put EFFECTIVE on display in the exhibition area. Mattia Comotto from Aquafil was invited to represent the consortium and present the project to the audience.

We have also published the third edition of our newsletter. In this issue, we report on the successful BBI-JU Stakeholder Forum and a few other events we visited, we introduce our "sweetest" project partner and wish all of our supports, friends, partners and stakeholders a happy new year!
